(i) The name and address of the applicant, and
trade name, if any. (ii) If an individual or partnership, the names
and addresses of the individuals or partners. (iii) If the applicant is a corporation, the
names and addresses of all the officers of the corporation. (iv) The name and address of the applicant's
resident agent, if a resident agent is required. (v) The names and addresses of all persons
having a financial interest in the operation of the proposed
game. (vi) All persons listed in (i) to (v) above
shall affix their signatures to the license application and shall
consent to individual liability for any violation of the laws in
the; operation of such licensed game. (4)  A Class ND or Class NE beach bingo license shall
permit the operation of such licensed game within the town limits
of North Beach or Chesapeake Beach from May first until September
thirtieth in any one year only. Each applicant FOR ANY LICENSE
shall present evidence to the County Commissioners of Calvert
County that he has in effect for the period covered by the
proposed license a public liability insurance policy covering
liability for personal injury to any one patron of such game in
the amount of not less than [one hundred thousand dollars]
$100,000 for more than one patron in the amount of [five hundred
thousand dollars] $500,000. A Class NF OR CLASS NG beach bingo
license shall permit, year-round operation in the town limits of
North Beach and Chesapeake Beach. (5)  Each nonresident applicant for a license shall
designate a resident agent who shall be a voter and a taxpayer of
the county owning property in the county assessed at not less
than [five thousand dollars] $25,000. (6)  No license shall be transferable. No license
shall be issued if the operation of any bingo game will unduly
disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in which the
applicant proposes to operate a bingo game OR WILL CREATE A
NUISANCE OR BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE HEALTH OR WELFARE OF THE
COMMUNITY. (7)  No license to operate a bingo game shall be
issued for other than a permanent type of building, which
building shall be under roof. Nothing in this provision shall be
construed to prevent the operation of bingo in nonpermanent type
buildings by those organizations not required to obtain a license
to operate bingo. (8)  (i) No NA, NB or NC license shall permit the
operation of any bingo game on any Sunday; and
