AN ACT concerning
Services for the Elderly -
Interagency Committee on Aging Services
FOR the purpose of altering the powers and duties of the
Director on Aging; creating the Interagency Committee
on Aging Services and providing powers and duties for
that committee; providing for a certain report; and
generally relating to services for the elderly.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 70B - Office on Aging
Section 1 and 4(a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1978 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement)

BY adding to

Section 4A through 4D, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "Interagency Committee on Aging
