1982                                    HOUSE OF DELEGATES                                             57 MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE June 1, 1982
The Honorable Benjamin L. Cardin
Speaker of the House of Delegates
State House

Assembly and signed by me on May 4, 1982 accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign
House Bill 1234.
Sincerely,
Harry Hughes
Governor Read and ordered journalized.

generally relating to a pilot program of
