13-406. SAME -- EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

(A)  POSITION AND APPOINTMENT.

WITH THE ADVICE OF THE STATE COMMISSION, THE SECRETARY
SHALL APPOINT AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, WHO IS THE CHIEF
ADMINISTRATIVE AND EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND SECRETARY OF THE
STATE COMMISSION.

(B)  DUTIES.

UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE STATE COMMISSION, THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HAS GENERAL CHARGE OF ITS WORK.

13-407. SAME -- QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(A)  QUORUM.

TWELVE MEMBERS OF THE STATE COMMISSION ARE A QUORUM.

(B)  MEETINGS.

THE STATE COMMISSION SHALL MEET:

(1)  REGULARLY AT THE TIMES AND PLACES THAT IT
DETERMINES; AND

(2)  AT THE CALL OF:

(I) THE GOVERNOR;

(II) THE SECRETARY;
