(A) COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS. THE STATE COMMISSION CONSISTS OF 25 MEMBERS APPOINTED (B). QUALIFICATIONS. EACH MEMBER SHALL BE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS EXPERIENCE (C) TENURE; VACANCIES. (1) THE TERM OF A MEMBER IS 4 YEARS. (2) THE TERMS OF MEMBERS ARE STAGGERED AS (I) 7 IN 1983; (II) 6 IN 1984; (III) 6 IN 1985; AND (IV) 6 IN 1986. (3) AT THE END OF A TERM, A MEMBER CONTINUES TO (4) A MEMBER WHO IS APPOINTED AFTER A TERM HAS REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a) and (b) of this section Subsection (c)(1), (3), and (4) of this section
