FOR the purpose of amending the Classification and
Compensation Plans, by upgrading certain classifications in
the Police Series, adding certain grades to Pay Schedules
VII and IV, amending the regulations relating to promotions
in Police and Fire Departments, and deleting certain grades
from Pay Schedule VII.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, certain job
classification grades Police Series, Public Safety
Service Section II Classification and Grades;

BY adding grades 9P and 10P to Pay Schedule IV and grade 19P
to Pay Schedule VII Section I Pay Schedules;

BY repealing grades 9P and 10P Pay Schedule VII Section I
Pay Schedules; and

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments Regulation 6.02
of Rule 6 Compensation Plan Rules and Regulations

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Zoning Regulations
Home Occupations for Disabled Persons

FOR the purpose of permitting a disabled person to
establish a home occupation, by special exception, in the
R.C. and D.R. Zones under certain circumstances and subject
to certain conditions.

BY adding the following:

New definition "Disabled Persons" to the list of
definitions in § 101;

New item 10A. Home Occupations for Disabled Persons to
the uses permitted by special exception under
paragraph 1A01.2.C;

New item 14A. Home Occupations for Disabled Persons to
the uses permitted by special exception under
paragraph 1A02.2.B.;

New item 7A. Home Occupations for Disabled Persons to
the uses permitted by special exception under
paragraph 1A03.3.B.;
