AN ACT concerning

Pensions and Retirement - Fire Department

FOR the purpose of amending certain provisions of the
Pension and Retirement System for permanent employees of the
regular Fire Department to provide that the increased
benefit given to permanent employees of the Police
Department under Bill No. 175-80 shall be extended to
permanent employees of the regular Fire Department.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 20-19(c), Section 20-23 and Section 20-25(a)(3)
Article II. Employees Retirement System Title
"Pensions and Retirement" Baltimore County Code,
1978, 1979 Cumulative Supplement, as amended

Secondhand Precious Metals Dealers Exemptions from
Licensing Requirements

FOR the purpose of exempting certain transactions from
the requirements of Article IV. Secondhand Precious Metals
Dealers, title "Traders" of the Baltimore County Code, 1978,
as amended by Bill No. 216-80, and defining certain new
terms in the Article.
