COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

FOR the purpose of establishing a Flood Plain
Management Program, including procedures for establishing
and changing the Flood Plain Area in Baltimore County; to
establish procedures for resolving disputes as to flood
plain boundaries or flood elevations; to require
identification of Flood Plain Areas and flood elevations on
record plats; to establish certain requirements for Flood
Control or Water Resources Management Projects in Flood
Plain Areas; to require permits for any man-made changes or
improvements in Flood Plain Areas; to establish certain
requirements for the placement of mobile homes in Flood
Plain Areas; and generally relating to uses of and
improvements to property in Flood Plain Areas.
