add new Section 12-2031.1 to said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article; to add new Section 13-300.2(12A) and (76A) to said
Code, Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning
Regulations", Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-317.2A and 13-318.2A of said Code, Title,
Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial Districts"; to add new
Sections 13-315.1(d), 13-317.1A and 13-318.1A to said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Section 6-301 of said Code, Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 3, "Garbage, Trash and Weeds"; to
provide regulations relating to the filling of land with
combustion ash.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 12-1400, 12-1403, 12-1406 (a), 12-1408, 12-1409,
and 12-1415 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 14, "Towing Companies", to repeal
Section 12-1404 of said Code, Title and Subtitle; to change
and add certain definitions, to change certain fees, to
change procedures for handling calls, to change certain
location restrictions, and to delete certain provisions
prohibiting a direct or indirect financial interest in any
other towing companies, to delete certain penalty for
violation of certain provisions, and matters generally
relating thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 15-413(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works", Subtitle
4, "Water and Wastewater", to provide that certain owners of
property are not required to connect to certain privately
financed water or wastewater mains.
