AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 12-1007 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 10, "Mobile Homes", to provide for
remittance of existing mobile home park space taxes to the
Controller of Anne Arundel County by a certain date,
establishing a penalty for late payment, providing certain
audit and inspection procedures and for collection
procedures if certain records are not maintained, and
generally relating to collection and regulation of mobile
home park space taxes.

Bill No. 189-81

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 2-101 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 2, "Board of Appeals", Subtitle 1,
"Generally", to provide and clarify certain rights of appeal
to the Board of Appeals and authorize in certain cases the
Board to sit in panels of less than six members.

Effective February 1, 1981.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

AN ACT to remove the requirement that the purchasing
agent submit a report summarizing the county's purchasing
activities for the previous year and his progress in
carrying out various provisions of this title, by repealing
Section 26-17 of the Baltimore County Code, 1978, title
"Purchasing".
