AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No.
98-81, legalizing Supplement No. 42, 4-81 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and
published by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee,
Florida, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.

Bill No. 151-81

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 10-302 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 10, "Fire Protection", Subtitle 3,
"Volunteer Firemen's Service Award Program", to provide
certain monetary benefits to surviving spouses of certain
deceased members of volunteer fire companies.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
SECTIONS 17-605(F) AND 17-606(F) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments",
to INCREASE the combined gross income requirement of certain
persons for exemption from certain water AND WASTEWATER
system charges and assessments, and matters generally
related thereto.

Effective November 30, 1981.
