AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 12-805, 12-813, 12-814, 12-817 and 12-826(c) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 8,
"Electrical", and to add new Section 12-826(f) to the same
Code, Title and Subtitle, and to repeal in its entirety,
Section 12-829 of said Code, Title and Subtitle and to enact
new Section 12-829 to stand in place of the section so
repealed, to change certain expiration conditions and times
for electrical permits, to change and establish certain fee
schedules for electrical permits, to establish certain civil
enforcement remedies for violations of the electrical code,
to change certain examination fees, times and subject
matter, and generally relating to Anne Arundel County
electric code fees and regulations.

Bill No. 148-81

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 9-503 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 9,
"Finance", Subtitle 5, "Bonds and Other Indebtedness", to
follow immediately after Section 9-502 thereof, to prohibit
the issuance of the County's general obligation bonds for
the funding of certain capital projects and facilities.

Effective November 3, 1981.

Bill No. 149-81

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 11-700 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
11, "Health and Welfare", to be under the new Subtitle 7,
"Underground Utility Districts", to create an underground
utility district in the Glen Burnie Urban Renewal Area; to
provide certain responsibilities for property owners and
public utility companies in connection with the provision
and receipt of underground utility service in the district;
to provide certain penalties for certain violations; and
matters generally related to the creation of underground
utility districts in the County.
