"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article I,
"Exempt Service", to provide that the Personnel Board shall
review all salary levels within the Executive Pay Plan and
report its findings and recommendations to the County
Executive and the County Council, and matters generally
related thereto.

Subtitle 4, "General Development Plan", to repeal and
reenact, with amendments, Maps S-2 and S-4 of the "Anne
Arundel County Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage
Systems, F.Y. 1980-1999", as adopted by the County Council
by Bill No. 20-80; to change the Master Sewer Plan
designations of a parcel in the Patuxent sewer service area
from "11 to 20 year" to "6 to 10 year" service.
