13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions"; to repeal
and reenact, with amendments. Sections 13-308(a) and
13-308.1 of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article III,
"Residential Districts"; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 13-311.1(a), 13-311.2, 13-312.1(a)(9),
13-312.2 and 13-314.2 of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article
IV, "Commercial Districts"; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 13-315.2, 13-315.4 and 13-317.1(93) of
said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial
Districts"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections
13-322.2(6) and (7), 13-322.3, 13-322.4(b)(5), 13-322.5,
13-323.1 and 13-325.2 of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article
VI, "Special Districts"; to repeal Section 13-324.1 of said

Sections 14-300(ll)(a) and (b) and 14-302(a)(l) and (2) of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 14, "Police", Subtitle 3, "Police and Fire Service
Retirement", to revise the method for which the normal
retirement date of an employee will be determined, and
matters generally related thereto.
