AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-400(a)(l) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 4, "General Development Plan"; to amend the General
Development Plan for Anne Arundel County, Maryland as
enacted by Bill No. 53-78 to clarify certain provisions,
PERTAINING TO REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTERS, relating to the
interpretation and application of certain provisions of the
Land and Water Use Plan and the Natural Environment and Open
Space Plan.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-109.1(c) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions", Article II, "Subdivision Design
Standards and Requirements"; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 13-115.2(d), (e) and (f) of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article IV, "Required Improvements"; to
alter and clarify certain subdivision regulations relating
to the use of recreational fees paid by certain developers,
and the provisions of off-site storm drainage facilities or
the payment and use of off-site storm drainage fees; and
generally relating to changes in the County subdivision
regulations.
