AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 1-214.1 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service",
to establish certain provisions relating to advancement and
reclassification to positions within the Utility Operations
Bureau and generally related to the classified service of
Anne Arundel County.

Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No.
14-81, legalizing Supplement No. 40, 8-80, to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and
published by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee,
Florida, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 6-124 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6,
"Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to
repeal certain laws which permit and provide for the
issuance of a license for persons to stand in a roadway to
solicit or accept donations from or distribute printed
matter or materials to occupants of motor vehicles.
