Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Subtitle 19, "Gas Code", and to enact new Section 12-1903(e)
to stand in place of the section so repealed, and to repeal
and reenact, with amendments, Section 12-1904 of the same
Code, Title and Subtitle, to change and establish certain
gas work permit expiration times and conditions, and to
change and establish certain plumbing permit fees, and
generally relating to the Anne Arundel County Gas Code.

repayment, and matters generally relating thereto.
