COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

4A, "Allocation of Water and Wastewater Capacity", to alter
certain procedures, terms and conditions under which an
allocation of water or wastewater capacity may be granted,
extended and forfeited; to provide for the amendment of
certain water and/or wastewater allocation extension
agreements; to extend the applicability of the provisions of
this ordinance to certain subdivisions; and generally
related to the allocation of water and wastewater capacity
within the County.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 6-106 and 6-107 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes
and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally"; to add new
Section 6-107A to said Code, Title and Subtitle; to
establish certain criminal trespass laws relating to the
possession, use and discharge of certain firearms on private
property; to prohibit the possession and use of certain
firearms on private property without written permission of
certain persons; and generally relating to the use and
discharge of firearms and certain other devices on private
property.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-115 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
1, "Subdivisions", to require that subdividers execute
underground electric and telephone services agreements with
the public service company in whose service territory the
subdivision is located, that subdividers comply with
applicable Public Service Commission rules and company
service tariffs in connection therewith, and that the
agreements be noted and recorded by the subdivider in the
land records of Anne Arundel County.
