AN ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 13-313 through
13-314.5, inclusive of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article II,
"Classes of Districts"; and to add new Sections 13-313
through 13-314.7, inclusive to stand in place of the
sections repealed; and to generally revise and reenact
zoning regulations relating to the use of property in C3
General Commercial Zoning Districts and C4 Highway
Commercial Zoning Districts.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 11-410A of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11, "Health and Welfare",
Subtitle 4, "Sanitary Landfills"; to revise the existing fee
schedule for the disposal of wastes at County owned and/or
operated sanitary landfills.

Sections 12-812 and 12-818 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits
and Franchises", Subtitle 8, "Electrical"; to change certain
electrician license and examination requirements, fees, and
license periods, and establishing certain civil enforcement
remedies for violations of the Electrical Code, and
generally relating to regulation of the electricians' trade
in Anne Arundel County.
