AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 12-1103(f)(35A),
(46A), (83A), (85A), and (86A) to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", as amended
by Bill No. 7-80, and to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 12-1103(f)(91) and (94) of the same
Code, Title and Subtitle, to change certain provisions of
the Anne Arundel County Plumbing Code and to add certain
other provisions relating to minimum number of plumbing
fixtures for public bathhouses, distance requirements
between certain plumbing installations, certain structural
requirements for steel and concrete tanks, approving
authorities for certain public pool or facility plans and
specifications, certain standard trench and bed dimensions,
and generally relating to changes and revisions to the
Plumbing Code of Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 12-1914A to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 19, "Gas
Code", and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
12-1910 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, to establish
certain reciprocal gasfitter licenses in Anne Arundel County
contingent on certain requirements, and to change the number
of members on the Anne Arundel County Gas Commission.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 12-1735A through
12-1735W to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Subtitle 17, "Miscellaneous Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", to be under the new Article V-A, "Alternate
CATV Franchise Regulations", to enact comprehensive
procedures and regulations relating to the franchising and
