AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 15-410(f)(4), (5), (g) and (h) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 15,
"Public Works", Subtitle 4, "Water and Wastewater"; and to
repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 17-612(a), (b),
(c) and (d) of said Code, Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6,
"Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments"; and to add
new Section 17-613 to said Code, Title and Subtitle, to
change certain front foot benefit assessment calculation
methods, to establish certain front foot assessment
procedures and rate standards for approved petitioned water
and wastewater projects, to change certain maximum
assessment rates, and generally relating to changes in the
determination of and application of front foot benefit
assessments imposed on public water and wastewater systems.

Section 13-300.2(11) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 2, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article I,
"General Provisions and Definitions", to change the
definition of a "private club" as used in the zoning
ordinance.
