NEW SECTIONS 13-300.2(68B) AND (79A) TO SAID CODE, TITLE,
SUBTITLE, ARTICLE I, "GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS; to
alter the definition of the term "subdivision" as it relates
to the division of land for agricultural purposes; to
establish certain criteria for the approval of the
subdivision of land in RA-Agricultural Residential
districts; to alter certain minimum area requirements in
RA-Agricultural Residential districts; to provide that the
provisions of this Ordinance do not apply to the subdivision
of certain land; and generally relating to the subdivision
and use of land in RA-Agricultural Residential districts.

Section 13-200(b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 2, "Street Names and House Numbers", to limit which
plats shall be required to be amended by court order.

Section 13-400(a)(3) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 4,' "General Development Plan"; to repeal and
reenact, with amendments, Map S-5 of the Anne Arundel County
Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems, F.Y.
1980-1999", as adopted by the County Council by Bill No.
20-80 and as amended by Bill No. 108-80; to change a certain
area in the Broadneck Wastewater Service Area from the
"11-20 Years" category to the "6-10 Year" category for
sewerage service.
