AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section l-221(m)(l) and (2) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", to raise the mandatory retirement
age from 65 years to 70 years.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 6-204(b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 2, "Animal Control", to provide that
an applicant for a dog license who is permanently disabled
shall be charged only $1.00; and other matters related
generally thereto.
