(b) On or before the second Wednesday in January of
each year, the council shall submit to the governor and,
SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General
Assembly a report that:

(1)  Describes the activities of the council
during the previous year; and

(2)   Includes any recommendations that would
allow the council better to fulfill its purposes.

(b) (C) The Department shall send copies of the
low-level nuclear waste reports fee:

(1)  The TO THE Governor;

(2)  SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO
the General Assembly; and

(3)  Each TO EACH appropriate political
subdivision.

9-317.

(a)  Each year, not later than on June 1 NOT NO LATER
THAN JUNE 1 OF EACH YEAR, the Department shall submit to the
Governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO
the General Assembly a report that summarizes the water
pollution control program for this State.

(b)  The report shall include:

(1)  The status of comprehensive county water
supply and sewerage plans that are developed in compliance
with UNDER Subtitle 5 of this title;

(2)  The status of implementation programs to
achieve water quality standards for this State, including
any outstanding violation and the status of its correction;

(3)  The status of interstate compacts and
programs of interstate agencies;

(4)  The status of studies and programs developed
under this subtitle;

(5)  A description and status of federal plans
and studies that relate to the water pollution control
program for this State;
