(e) [Said] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE,
THE Board shall report to the legislature at each regular
session thereof an account of its transactions and its
advice and recommendations, as required by this section.

(k) To report annually to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the legislature of the
State of Maryland their activities during the preceding year
together with " any recommendations or requests they deem
appropriate to further the purpose of the Trust.

(d) The Chief of the Bureau of Revenue Estimates, in
conjunction with the State Comptroller's office, shall
prepare and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, submit
to the members of the General Assembly, by the end of the
months of January and July in each year an itemized
statement showing the following information for the
six-month period ending on the next preceding December 31 or
June 30, as the case may be: (1) Estimated revenue from all
sources, by funds, for the current budgetary period; (2)
collections for the next preceding six-month period; and (3)
amount of revenue uncollected or overcollected.

(g) (7) The Department shall report to the Governor
and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General
Assembly before January 1 of each year the financial status
of the program and a summary of its operations for the
preceding fiscal year.

(b) The Advisory Commission shall make recommendations
to the Secretary regarding the rules and regulations as
promulgated under this subheading as it shall from time to
time deem necessary or desirable. [The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE
40, § 51 OF THE CODE, THE Advisory Commission shall submit
an annual report to the Secretary and the legislature
regarding rules, regulations, and programs relating to this
subheading.

(b) The Commission shall make an annual report to the
Governor, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the
members of the General Assembly, and the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene, including therein suggestions and
recommendations for protecting and improving the physical
fitness of the residents of this State.
