SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

126.

(e) In Harford County it is unlawful for any licensee
under this article to employ any person under [the legal
drinking] 18 YEARS OF age for the purposes of selling or
serving alcoholic beverages.

153.

In Garrett [and Harford counties] COUNTY, the liquor
control board is hereby declared to be a State agency to
administer the provisions of this article [applicable to
each of these counties respectively,] and as such is clothed
with discretionary powers, in granting, refusing, revoking
or suspending licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages,
within the limits prescribed under this article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Caroline County - Foxes

FOR the purpose of repealing existing law concerning foxes
in Caroline County; providing that in Caroline County a
person certain persons a person shall not take,
destroy, or attempt to destroy a fox, except under
certain circumstances; and providing penalties for a
violation of this Act.
