SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(as enacted by Chapter 801 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1981) read(s) as follows:

Article - Corporations and Associations

10-403.

(A)  Except as provided in this title or in the
partnership agreement, a general partner of a limited
partnership has the rights and powers and is subject to the
restrictions and liabilities of a partner in a partnership
without limited partners.

(B)  NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THE PARTNERSHIP
AGREEMENT, A GENERAL PARTNER MAY NOT LIMIT THE GENERAL
PARTNER'S LIABILITY IN THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT TO PERSONS
OTHER THAN HIS PARTNERS OR THE PARTNERSHIP.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Liquor Control Board

FOR the purpose of repealing the provision of law stating
that the Harford County Liquor Control Board is a State
agency; and providing for the minimum age under which
a person may be employed to sell or serve alcoholic
beverages in Harford County.
