applied for in [the months of April or May in every
year] JULY OR AUGUST IN EACH ODD NUMBERED YEAR and every
pilot shall renew his warrant, or license [every year]
BIENNIALLY in [the months of April or May [; ] JULY OR
AUGUST IN EACH ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED YEAR and no
renewals shall be granted at any other time or new licenses
applied for, except in the discretion of the Board of
Examiners; and the Board of Examiners may renew any license
or not, as they may think proper. A CERTIFICATE OF
AUTHORIZATION SHALL EXPIRE ON AUGUST 31 MAY 30 OF EACH
ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED YEAR. Any pilot absenting himself
from the business of piloting (unless occasioned by
sickness), for a term of one year, shall not be entitled to
any warrant or license to act as pilot thereafter, but his
license shall be revoked by the Board of Pilot Examiners.
Every first rate pilot shall pay [two dollars ($2.00)] $4,
and every second rate, pilot shall pay [one dollar and fifty
cents ($1.50)] $3, and every third rate pilot shall pay [one
dollar ($1.00)] $2 to the register of the Board of Examiners
for such renewal.

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

[An annual] A BIENNIAL roster showing the names and
mailing addresses of all professional engineers shall be
kept by the secretary of the Board and a copy shall be sent
free to each registrant upon renewal. Copies of this roster
shall be placed on file with the Secretary of State and
furnished to the public at a reasonable cost to be
established by the Board. Each registrant shall advise the

Board not later than [June 30] AUGUST 31 of each

ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED year, on a form provided by the
secretary of the Board, of his name, place of business,
mailing address, and other such data deemed pertinent by the
Board. The names of those registrants who do not pay the

renewal fee prior to [July 1] SEPTEMBER 1 of each

ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED year may not be included in the
next issue of the printed roster.

(b) Certificates of registration shall expire on the
last day of [June [ following their issuance or renewal]
AUGUST OF EACH ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED YEAR, and shall be
invalid after that date unless renewed. The secretary of the
Board shall notify by regular mail every person certified
under this article of the date of expiration of his
certificate, and the amount of the fee required for its
renewal for [one year] 2 YEARS. The notice shall be mailed
to the registrant at his last known address at least one
month in advance of the date of the expiration of his
certificate. Failure to receive the notice does not prevent
the certificate from becoming invalid after the expiration
