(c) [An annual] A BIENNIAL roster showing the names
and mailing addresses of all professional land surveyors and
property line surveyors shall be kept by the secretary of
the Board and a copy shall be sent free to each registrant
upon renewal. Copies of this roster shall be placed on file
with the Secretary of State and furnished to the public at a
reasonable cost to be established by the Board. Each
registrant shall advise the Board BIENNIALLY not later than
[June 30 [ of each year] MARCH 31 OF EACH ODD-NUMBERED
YEAR, on a form provided by the secretary of the Board, of
his name, place of business, mailing address, and other data
considered pertinent by the Board. The names of those
registrants who do not pay the BIENNIAL renewal fee by
[July 1 [ of each year] APRIL 1 OF EACH ODD-NUMBERED
YEAR may not be included in the next issue of the printed
roster.

SECTION 5. AND BE FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)   of

the Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter 99     of

the Acts of the General Assembly of 1979) read(s)   as
follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

336.

(a)  The registration fee for professional land
surveyors is $50, of which $20 shall accompany the
application, and $30 shall be paid on issuance of the
certificate.

(b)  The registration fee for a property line surveyor
is $35, of which $15 shall accompany the application, and
$20 shall be paid on issuance of the certificate.

(c)  Certificates of registration shall expire on the
last day of [June [ following their issuance or renewal]
MARSH OF EACH ODD-NUMBERED YEAR, and shall be invalid after
that date unless renewed. The secretary of the Board shall
notify by regular mail every person certified under this
subtitle of the date of expiration of his certificate, and
the amount of the fee required for its BIENNIAL renewal [for
one year]. The notice shall be mailed to the registrant at
his last known address at least one month in advance of the
date of the expiration of the certificate. Failure to
receive notice does not prevent the certificate from
becoming invalid after the expiration date. Renewal may be
effected at any time prior to July 1 by the payment of a fee
of [$20] $40 for professional land surveyors and [$15] $30
for property line surveyors. Renewal shall be evidenced by
the issuance of [an annual] A BIENNIAL registration card,
bearing the date of expiration and the signatures of the
chairman and secretary of the Board. On failure of any
registrant to renew his certificate [annually] BIENNIALLY
