the effective date of said change. If all of the
requirements of this section are met, the Board shall issue
a certificate of authorization to such corporation or
partnership, and such corporation or partnership shall be
authorized to contract for and to collect fees for landscape
architectural services.

(3) A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION SHALL EXPIRE
ON DECEMBER 31 JUNE 30 OF EACH ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED
YEAR.

[(3)] (4) No such corporation or partnerships
shall be relieved of responsibility for conduct or acts of
its agents, employees or officers by reason of its
compliance with the provisions of this section, nor shall
any individual practicing landscape architecture as defined
in § 271 of this subtitle be relieved of responsibility for
landscape architectural services performed by reason of his
employment or relationship with such corporation or
partnership.

Registered Professional Foresters

309.

A roster showing the names and places of business of
all registered professional foresters qualified according to
the provisions of this subheading shall be prepared by the
Board by the thirty-first day of March [of each year]
BIENNIALLY. Copies of the roster shall be mailed to each
person so registered, filed with the Secretary of State, and
furnished to the public upon request.

Licenses shall expire on [the thirtieth day of
September next following their issuance or renewal]
DECEMBER 31 OF EACH ODD NUMBERED EVEN NUMBERED YEAR and
shall become invalid on that date unless renewed BIENNIALLY.
It is the duty of the Board to notify, at his last
registered address, every person registered under this
subheading of the date of expiration of his license and the
amount of fee necessary for its renewal for one (1) year;
this notice shall be mailed at least thirty (30) days in
advance of the date of expiration of said license. The
[annual] BIENNIAL renewal fee for licenses shall be [$251
$50. The Board shall make an exception to the foregoing
renewal provision in the case of a person serving in the
armed forces of the United States.
