Provided further that all plans and any issue of bonds for
the financing of the facilities of the Authority shall first
be submitted to and be approved prior to the sale thereof by
resolution of the Board of Public Works; and provided
further, that all other plans, contracts, and leases,
acquiring, transferring, or conveying property shall have
the approval of the Board of Public Works.
486.
(a) The following boards and related statutes and
regulations shall be evaluated by July 1, 1980;
(1) Board of Barber Examiners [(Art. 43, § 311)]
(ART. 56, § 428);
(2) State Board of Cosmetologists [(Art. 43, §
539)] (ART. 56, § 489);
(c) The following boards and related statutes and
regulations shall be evaluated by July 1, 1982:
(2) Maryland Architectural Registration Board
[(Art. 43, § 517)] (ART. 56, § 465);
(8) State Board of Commissioners of Practical
Plumbing [(Art. 43, § 329)] (ART. 56, § 449);
(17) STATE Health Services Cost Review
Commission [(Art. 43, § 568-1)] (§ 19-202 OF THE HEALTH -
GENERAL ARTICLE);
(d) The following boards and related statutes and
regulations shall be evaluated by July 1, 1983:
(5) Board of Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers

As used in this article, the following words and terms
shall have the following meanings unless the context
indicates another or different meaning or intent:
(h) (1) "Hospital" means a hospital, a related
institution or a combination of a hospital and a related
institution, located within this State and either meeting
the requirements of and having a license or licenses as
required by [Article 43, §§ 556-568, of this Code] § 19-318
OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE or, in the case of a new
institution, having a prelicensing certification or
recertification from the [Maryland Comprehensive] STATE
