PROJECTS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new   language derived

without substantive change from     former Article

process. See Article 15A, § 14 of the Code.

In subsection (c) of this section, the former
reference to approval of the Secretary is deleted
as unnecessary in light of § 8-203 of this title.

Also in subsection (c) of this section, the
former reference to providing "appropriated funds
in addition to the regularly funded local
alcoholism control programs" is deleted as
unnecessary since the broad grant of authority
under subsection (c) of this section would not be
limited otherwise by the appropriations to local
programs.
