[11-14] 11-114. Beneficiaries for classified employees.

(A)  (1) The [commission] WSSC may, by rule OR
REGULATION, provide for the designation by a classified
employee of the [person or persons] INDIVIDUAL to whom the
final salary payment and any sum which may be due for
unused, earned vacation leave should be made [upon] ON the
death of [such] THE employee.

(2)  The designation of the beneficiary shall be:

(I)   [in] IN writing; and

(II)   [shall be on] ON file with the
[commission] WSSC before the death of the employee],].

(3)   [but the] THE writing need not be in
testamentary form, and [neither] the designation [nor the]
AND payment [shall be deemed to be a] ARE NOT testamentary
[disposition] DISPOSITIONS.

(B)  The disbursing officer of the [commission] WSSC
may pay [over] directly to the beneficiary [or beneficiaries
so] designated by an employee [such] ANY sum [or sums as may
be] due [and owing] to the deceased employee for salary and
for any unused, earned vacation leave.

[11-15] 11-115. Prohibited acts.

(A)   [No] A person [shall] MAY NOT [wilfully] WILLFULLY
or corruptly make any false mark or report [upon] ON any
examination];].

(B)   [no] A person [shall] MAY NOT impersonate another
PERSON in any examination held under this article[;].

(C)  (1) BY HIMSELF OR IN COOPERATION WITH ANOTHER
PERSON, [no] A person [shall,] MAY NOT [by himself or in
cooperation with one or more persons,]:

(I)   [wilfully] WILLFULLY or corruptly
defeat, deceive, or obstruct any [person] INDIVIDUAL in
respect to [his] THE right of examination under [the
provisions of] this article[,]; or

(II)   [falsely] FALSELY mark, grade,
estimate, or report [upon] ON the examination or standing of
any [person] INDIVIDUAL examined [hereunder,] UNDER THIS
TITLE;
