(2) ON NOTIFICATION, THE WSSC SHALL FURNISH THE
APPROPRIATE COUNTY AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST OF REMOVING OR
RELOCATING THE FACILITY.
(3) ON COMPLETION OF THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION
OF THE FACILITY, THE WSSC SHALL FURNISH THE COUNTY AN
ITEMIZED STATEMENT OF THE ACTUAL COST OF THE REMOVAL OR
RELOCATION.
(4) UNLESS THE COUNTY DISPUTES ANY OF THE
CHARGES IN THE ITEMIZED STATEMENT OF ACTUAL COSTS, THE
COUNTY SHALL PAY THE COSTS WITHIN 6 MONTHS AFTER RECEIPT OF
THE STATEMENT.
(5) IF THERE IS A [In the event of any] dispute
[of] OVER any charge made by the [commission] WSSC, the
dispute shall be[, within three months after rendition of
the bill,] referred WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE
STATEMENT to an arbitrator WHO IS satisfactory to both the
[commission] WSSC and the [agency] COUNTY.
(6) [and if] IF the [commission] WSSC and the
[agency are unable to] COUNTY DO NOT agree [upon] ON an
arbitrator, [each] THE WSSC AND THE COUNTY shall EACH
appoint [one] AN ARBITRATOR. [and the two] THE 2
ARBITRATORS shall THEN appoint a third ARBITRATOR.
(7) If [such] THE [bill] ITEMIZED STATEMENT as
rendered or finally agreed [upon] ON is not paid within
[six] 6 months after rendition or agreement, [it] THE
ITEMIZED STATEMENT shall bear [six] 6 [per cent] PERCENT
interest until paid. [and if] IF a dispute goes to

[10-6] 10-107. Construction plans.
Before THE CONSTRUCTION OF any [bridge, culvert, or
other] structure intended [for the purpose of permitting] TO
