be] necessary to achieve the coordination contemplated by
this section of the capital [improvement] IMPROVEMENTS
program[, and the commission].

(C) THE WSSC shall give [to the county governing
bodies such] ANY additional information and details[, either
orally or in writing, as those bodies may] THAT THE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL AND THE
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL request
in connection with their consideration of the capital
improvements program.

[(f) The existing five-year programs of the commission
and any interim amendments thereto, as approved by the
county governing bodies and adopted by the commission
pursuant to the five year program law formerly stated in
this section, as last repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, by chapter 194 of the Acts of 1967, shall
continue in efficacy until the first six-year capital
improvements program, approved and adopted pursuant to the
aforegoing subsections, is established for the fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1970. Further, in order to permit
continuing maximum harmony of the water and sewerage
construction programs of the commission with the other
elements of orderly growth in the bi-county Washington
Suburban Sanitary District during the transition period,
interim amendments to the extant five-year water and
sewerage programs may be initiated by a county governing
body, proposed by the commission, and adopted, in accordance
with the procedures and conditions specified for interim
amendments to the five-year programs by chapter 194 of the
Acts of 1967, provided, however that the provisions of this
subsection and the provisions of chapter 194 of the Acts of
1967 which are made applicable to the transition period,
shall terminate on June 30, 1970.]

COMMITTEE NOTE: Former Article 67, § 7-l(f), which
provided for transitional provisions between the
5 and 6 year capital improvements programs, is
repealed as obsolete.

TITLE 8. PLUMBING, WATERWORKS, AND SEWER CONSTRUCTION.

[8-1.] 8-101. Permits for construction etc., and
regulations generally.

(A) (1) Before A PERSON DOES any plumbing, waterworks,
or sewer construction [is done] in any building[,] or [upon]
ON any private property[, within] IN the sanitary district
or elsewhere in Prince George's County, the person[, firm or
corporation doing the same] shall first obtain a permit from
the [commission] WSSC and pay [therefor such] A reasonable
[sum] FEE FOR THE PERMIT [as] THAT the [commission] WSSC
[may prescribe] SETS.
