(I) IF THE PROPOSED EXTENSION HAS BEEN
SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL; AND
(II) UNLESS IF THE COUNTY HAS NOT WITHIN
30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PROPOSED EXTENSION NOTIFIED THE
WSSC THAT THE EXTENSION SHOULD NOT BE MADE.
(G) (1) In [addition, in] Prince George's County
[only], the [commission is authorized to] WSSC MAY provide
sanitary sewer service in those drainage areas [in] that
[county] ARE tributary to county approved trunk sewers and
county approved pumping stations outside of the county
approved service areas. [conditioned upon the property
being]
(2) HOWEVER, ANY PROPERTY TO WHICH SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE
developed in accordance with a master plan adopted by the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and
approved by the [county governing body] COUNTY COUNCIL OF
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY AFTER SUBMISSION TO THE COUNTY
EXECUTIVE FOR REVIEW.
(3) [and notwithstanding the forgoing, the
commission is authorized to] NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE WSSC MAY provide SANITARY sewer
service to existing structures located in those DRAINAGE
areas IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY [without condition].
7-107. Cooperative efforts.
[(e)] (A) [It is the intention of the general
assembly] THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY INTENDS that the [sanitary
commission] WSSC, the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission, the county EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY council
for Montgomery County, and the [board of] county
[commissioners] EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL for Prince
George's County [shall] cooperate to the fullest extent in
seeking to attain maximum harmony of [the] water and
sanitary sewerage construction programs with the other
elements of orderly growth in [the two counties] MONTGOMERY
COUNTY AND PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
(B) The [two commissions, the county council and the
board of county commissioners] WSSC, THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL
CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION, THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY
EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL, AND THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY
EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL are encouraged to:
(1) [meet] MEET and discuss the capital
improvements program [in discussion and work sessions,]; and
(2) [between or among themselves, as applicable,
exchange] EXCHANGE [such] information and details [as may
