TREATMENT OF ALCOHOLISM AND REHABILITATION OF ALCOHOLICS;

(2)  EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL ON THE PROBLEMS OF
INTOXICATION AND ALCOHOLISM IN THIS STATE FOR USE IN A
PROGRAM TO PREVENT THE EXCESSIVE AND ABUSIVE USE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
2C, §§ 301(b)(1), (4), and (5) and 316(c).

The introductory phrase of subsection (b) of this
section, "{s}ubject to the administrative
control of the Director of Education and Training
in the office of the Assistant Secretary of
Mental Health and Addictions," is new language
added to reflect § 2-103(c)(5) of this article,
which requires the Director of Education and
Training to administer alcohol control
educational programs.
