Road, Route 117, to the end of the tenth deed line, thence
in a northeasterly, easterly and northerly direction
reversely with and along the tenth, ninth, eighth, seventh
and sixth lines of the aforesaid deed recorded in liber 2565
at folio 589 to the southerly right of way line of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence in a northwesterly
direction along the south right of way line of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad to the center of the Great Seneca Creek,
thence in a northeasterly direction along the Great Seneca
Creek to the intersection of Cabin Branch, thence in an
easterly direction with the center of Cabin Branch to a
point 300 feet east of and at right angles to the east line
of Goshen Road, thence in a northerly direction, east of,
parallel to and 300 feet distant from the east line of
Goshen Road approximately 5,000 feet to the south right of
way line of the Potomac Electric Power Company's
transmission line, thence in an easterly direction with the
south right of way line of the transmission line to the west
line of the Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road, Route 124,
approximately 11,000 feet north of Redland-Prathertown Road,
thence in a southerly direction along the west line of the
Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road, Route 124, to the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
thence in a southerly, northwesterly and southerly direction
with the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District to the point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and that area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in the Potomac and Bethesda election districts of Montgomery
County, Maryland, lying within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, that point being in the center of Persimmon Tree
Road at the northwest corner of the tract of land conveyed
to Leverett S. Lyon by deed dated September 27, 1935, and
recorded among the land records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in liber 604 at folio 354, and running thence in a
southwesterly direction at right angles to Persimmon Tree
Road to a point 300 feet distant from the west line of
Persimmon Tree Road, thence in a northerly direction, west
of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from the west line of
