Persimmon Tree Road to a point 300 feet distant from and at
right angles to the west line of Persimmon Tree Road at a
point opposite the intersection of the east line of
Persimmon Tree Road with the north line of Kachina Lane,
thence in an easterly direction at right angles to the west
line of Persimmon Tree Road to the intersection of the east
line of Persimmon Tree Road with the north line of Kachina
Lane, thence in a northeasterly direction with the northwest
line of Kachina Lane to the end of the fourteenth or south 6
1/2° west, 82 perch line of a deed from Robert G. Davidson
to John Moore, et al., dated December 1, 1852 and recorded
among the aforesaid land records in liber JGH 2 at folio
243, thence in a northerly direction reversely with and
along the fourteenth, thirteenth, twelfth and eleventh lines
of the aforesaid deed to the center of River Road, thence in
a northeasterly direction and at right angles to River Road
to a point 300 feet northeast of the northeast line of River
Road, thence in a southeasterly direction, northeast of,
parallel to and 300 feet distant from the northeast line of
River Road to the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a southeasterly,
southerly and westerly direction with the existing boundary
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and that area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in the Potomac and Rockville election districts of
Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District that point being at the beginning of the twelfth or
north 60° 40' 20" west, 704.86 foot line of a deed from
James C. Conley, et ux, to J. C. Conley Construction Co.,
Inc., dated June 21, 1960 and recorded among the land
records of Montgomery County, Maryland in liber 2747 at
folio 435, and running thence in a northwesterly direction
with and along the twelfth through the fifteenth lines of
the aforesaid deed recorded in liber 2747 at folio 435, to
the south line of Bells Mill Road, thence in a northwesterly
direction along the south line of Bells Mill Road to a point
where the south line of Bells Mill Road is intersected by
the southerly prolongation of the tenth or north 20° 55'
east, 57.9 perch line of a deed from Robert N. Young, et ux,
