south lines of the property of the United States of America

right of way line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, thence
in a northerly direction along the east right of way line of
Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, to the first or south 70°
34' 10" east 112.51 perch line of a deed from John B.
Diamond, Jr., et ux, to William O. Dosh, dated June 28,
1927, and recorded among the land records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in liber 428 at folio 302, thence in an
easterly direction with and along a part of the first deed
line to the beginning of third or north 5° 59' 50" east,
773.08 foot line of a deed from Richard G. Walker, et ux, to
Robert R. D'arcy, et ux, dated March 15, 1956, and recorded
among the aforesaid land records in liber 2184 at folio 94,
thence in a northerly and westerly direction with and along
the " third line and part of the fourth line of the aforesaid
deed recorded in liber 2184 at folio 94, to the end of the
fifth or south 34° 25' 50" west, 36.16 foot line of a right
of way as described in a deed from John B. Diamond, Jr., et
ux, to John D. Bowman, Jr., et ux, dated April 13, 1950 and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 1402 at
folio 537, thence in a northerly and westerly direction
reversely with and along the fifth and fourth lines of the
right of way described in the aforesaid deed recorded in
liber 1402 at folio 537, to the east right of way line of
Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, thence in a southerly and
westerly direction along the east and south right of way
line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, to a point where the
south right of way line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124,
is intersected by the southerly prolongation of the second
or south 11 1/20 west, 14 1/2 perch line of the 4 acre 8
square perch parcel of a deed from Morton G. Thomson, et ux,
to Linwood Z. Zimmerman, et ux, dated February 22, 1918 and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 270 at
folio 149, thence in a northerly direction reversely with
and along the southerly prolongation of the second deed line
to the end of the deed line, thence in a northerly direction
reversely with and along the second deed line to a point on
the fourth or north 74° west, 80 perch line of a deed from
Charles G. Porter, to John B. Diamond, dated August 10, 1892
and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber JA 34
at folio 73, thence in a northwesterly, northeasterly,
easterly, northerly and northeasterly direction with and
along the fourth through the ninth lines inclusive, and part
of the tenth line of the aforesaid deed recorded in liber JA
34 at folio 73, to the south line of Cloppers Road, Route
117, thence in a westerly direction along the south line of
Cloppers Road, Route 117, to a point opposite the end of the
tenth or south 49° 30' west, 99 foot line of a deed from
Dorothy V. Richter to Andrew L. Devlin, et al, dated
February 17, 1959 and recorded among the aforesaid land
