Persimmon Tree Road to the northwest corner of the tract of
land conveyed to Leverett S. Lyon by deed dated September
27, 1935, and recorded the same day. among the land records
of Montgomery County in liber 604 at folio 354, it being the
end of the north, third or south 63° 19' west 1270.6 foot
line of parcel "A" of tract no. 1 conveyed to Lyon as
aforesaid, thence in a northeasterly direction, reversely
with the north, third or south 63° 19' west 1270.6 foot
line, a distance of 1009 feet, more or less, along the south
side of a right of way, to the northeast corner of the tract
conveyed to Lyon as aforesaid it being the end of the third
or north 8° 5 west 1195.83 foot line and the northwest
corner of the first exception noted in the aforesaid deed to
Lyon, and running thence in a southerly direction, reversely
with the aforesaid third or north 8° 25' west 1195.83 foot
line of the first exception noted in the aforesaid deed to
Lyon, it being the east line of the whole tract conveyed to

thence in a southerly direction with the east boundary of
section 2, Cabin John Park as aforesaid, to its intersection
with the north, second or north 80° 42' west 353.68 foot
line of a tract of land conveyed to Irvin N. Hoffman by deed
dated July 28, 1924, and recorded the same day among the
land records of Montgomery County, in liber 354 at folio
480, or the westerly prolongation of the line, thence
easterly along the line to the northeast corner of the tract
of land conveyed to Hoffman as aforesaid, on the west side
of the Seven Locks, or Conroy Road, the county road running
from Conduit Road to intersect River Road, 1.25 miles
southeasterly from the aforesaid intersection of Persimmon
Tree Road, Bradley Road and River Road, thence continuing
easterly on the same course across the Seven Locks or Conroy
Road, to a point on the east side thereof, the west line of
section 1, Cabin John Park, as shown on a plat thereof
recorded among the land records of Montgomery County in plat
book 2 as plat no. 178, thence in a northerly direction with
the east side of Seven Locks or Conroy Road, the west line
of section 1, Cabin John Park as aforesaid, to the northwest
corner of section 1, Cabin John Park, thence easterly with
the north line thereof to the end of the south 70° 39' east
1102.9 foot line of parcel A of section 1, Cabin John Park
as shown on the aforesaid plat thereof, it being also the
end of the first line of a tract of land conveyed to
Reginald W. Walker by deed dated April 17, 1926, and
recorded June 11, 1926, among the land records of Montgomery
