territory shall be taken as and treated as if the additional
territory were within the original boundaries of the
sanitary district.

[19-]7.

There is hereby added to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District all of the subdivision known as
"Parkland", as per plat thereof duly recorded among the land
records of Prince George's County, the subdivision fronting
on the southerly side of the Marlboro Pike and the easterly
side of the Suitland Road. The jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended
to include the territory above described, and the area shall
be subject to all of the rules and regulations of the
commission and all of the provisions of law relating to the
district, including taxes, assessments and benefit charges
levied in all other parts of the district.

The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
within Montgomery County and the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,
authority and powers are hereby extended to include that
additional territory within the following designated and
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at the
intersection of the south line of Conduit Road with Cabin
John Branch, a point on the present boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District as described in
section 19-1, and running thence approximately 2200 feet
westerly along the south line of Conduit Road, to the
northeast corner of the tract of land conveyed to Appleton
P. Clark, Jr., by deed dated June 24, 1927, and recorded
June 27, 1927, among the land records of Montgomery County
in liber 428 at folio 265, thence leaving the south line of
Conduit Road and running in a southerly direction with the
east, second or south 17° 23' 30" west 1000.05 foot line of
the tract of land conveyed to Clark as aforesaid and the
prolongation thereof to a point on the Maryland-Virginia
boundary line, thence in a westerly direction with the
boundary to a point directly opposite the mouth of Rocky
Run, thence leaving the boundary and running in a northerly
direction to the mouth of Rocky Run, thence with Rocky Run
in a northwesterly direction to the north line of the land
formerly in the possession of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal
Company, thence in an easterly direction with the north line
approximately 150 feet to the southwest corner of section 4,
Cabin John Park as shown upon a plat thereof recorded among
the land records of Montgomery County in plat book 2 as plat
no. 156, thence in a northerly direction reversely with the
west or south 7° 05' west 532.2 foot boundary of section 4,
Cabin John Park, to the south line of Conduit Road, thence
crossing Conduit Road to the north line thereof, thence
easterly along the north line of Conduit Road approximately
