northeasterly direction with the second or north 38° 57' 50"
east 454.04 foot line of the tract of land Conveyed to
Walker as aforesaid, to the end thereof, it being also the
end of the first line of the addition to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District described in section 19-6, thence
in a southeasterly direction, reversely with the aforesaid
first line of the addition as above noted to a point in
Wilson Lane, on the present boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District as described in section 19-1,
thence with the present boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District in southwesterly direction along Wilson
Lane approximately 545 feet to the north line of Conduit
Road, thence westerly along the north line of Conduit Road
approximately 800 feet to Cabin John Branch, thence
southerly along Cabin John Branch and across Conduit Road to
the south line thereof, the place of beginning.
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may,
whenever it deems advisable, construct a water and sewer
system or systems, either or both, in any or all parts of
the territory hereinabove described and the water or sewer
systems or any extension thereto shall be taken and
considered as and be a part of the commission's general
water and sewer system or systems and subject to all of the
rules, regulations, assessments and benefits affecting the
same as part of the territory of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District for the purpose of direct tax or any or
all of the provisions of chapter 122 of the Acts of 1918 and
amendments thereto. The additional territory hereinabove
described shall be taken as and treated as if the additional
territory were within the original boundaries of the
sanitary district and is hereby brought within the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
and shall for all of the purposes set forth in chapter 122
of the Acts of 1918 and amendments thereto be considered a
part of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District.

The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
within Montgomery County, and the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,
authority and powers, are hereby extended to include that
additional territory within the following designated and
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point in
Brookeville Road (Georgia Avenue extended) 20' east of the
west side of the road, the point being on the present
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District as
described in section 19-1, and running thence in a northerly
direction 20' east of and parallel to the west side of
Brookeville Road to the intersection of the Brookeville Road
and the Viers Mill-Aspen Road at Aspen Kennels; thence along
the center line of the Viers Mill-Aspen Road to the
intersection of Viers Mill-Aspen Road with the Viers Mill
Road; thence in a southeasterly direction along the center
