apartment house, office building, or shopping center shall
be limited in all respects to using metering equipment for
the fair allocation of the costs of GAS OR electric service
among the occupants using the apartment house, office
building, or shopping center in accordance with subsection
(d) above.
(g) Any complaint by an occupant of a dwelling unit,
commercial rental unit, or store against an owner, operator,
or manager arising out of this section may be handled in the
county or municipal corporation where the apartment house,
office building, or shopping center is located by the
county's or municipal corporation's landlord-tenant
commission, if one exists; if not, then by the consumer
protection agency of the county or municipal corporation, if
one exists; if not, then by the Consumer Protection Division
of the Attorney General's office; or, by any other agency or
office designated for tenants' complaints.
(h) Nothing contained in this section shall be deemed
to affect the right of an owner, operator, or manager of an
apartment house, office building, or shopping center
otherwise to redistribute GAS OR electricity to its tenants
or occupants.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Senior Citizens - Tuition Waivers
FOR the purpose of exempting certain senior citizens from
tuition at certain State institutions of higher
education; defining terms; designating the criteria for
granting these exemptions; imposing certain budgetary
limitations relating to senior citizen enrollment; and
requiring certain reporting to the State Board for
Higher Education governing board of the institution;
and generally relating to tuition waivers for senior
citizens.
