1973 being hereby modified to the extent
that said work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that said project can be
completed with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore appropriated
for that purpose (Prince George's
County).................................255,000
ANY FUNDS UNEXPENDED AS OF JUNE 1, 1982
SHALL BE USED TO CONSTRUCT BALTIMORE
CITY DISTRICT COURT NO. 1, TO BE LOCATED
ON WABASH AVENUE; SECTION 1(6) OF THE
ACTS OF 1976 BEING HEREBY MODIFIED AS
FOLLOWS: THE WORK MAY NOT BEGIN UNLESS
SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES ARE MADE TO THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS THAT THE
CONSTRUCTION CAN BE COMPLETED WITH THE
AGGREGATE OF THE FUNDS SPECIFIED
THEREFOR IN THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THIS
SECTION.
(d) To supplement the appropriation
"Acquisition of sites, design,
construction and/or purchase of three
(3) facilities to be utilized as
District Court Buildings..." as shown on
page 1266 of the Acts of 1974; Section 8
of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974 being
hereby modified to the extent that said
work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works
that said project can be completed with
the aggregate of the funds herein and
heretofore appropriated for that purpose
(Baltimore County)......................465,000
ANY FUNDS UNEXPENDED AS OF JUNE 1, 1982
SHALL BE USED TO CONSTRUCT BALTIMORE
CITY DISTRICT COURT NO. 1, TO BE LOCATED
ON WABASH AVENUE; SECTION 1(6) OF THE
ACTS OF 1976 BEING HEREBY MODIFIED AS
FOLLOWS: THE WORK MAY NOT BEGIN UNLESS
SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES ARE MADE TO THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS THAT THE
