County and the Department of General
Services, the State's share for site
acquisition, design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for
the construction of a multi-service
center in Centreville, Queen Anne's
County. Review and approval of site
plan and preliminary plans shall be
performed by the Department of State
Planning prior to the beginning of
design:

ANY FUNDS UNEXPENDED AS OF JUNE 1, 1982
SHALL BE USED TO CONSTRUCT BALTIMORE
CITY DISTRICT COURT NO. 1, TO BE LOCATED
ON WABASH AVENUE; SECTION 8 OF CHAPTER
886 OF THE ACTS OF 1975 BEING HEREBY
MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: THE WORK MAY NOT
BEGIN UNLESS SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES ARE
MADE TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS THAT
THE CONSTRUCTION CAN BE COMPLETED WITH
THE AGGREGATE OF THE FUNDS SPECIFIED
THEREFOR IN THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THIS
SECTION.
