ACTS OF 1976 BEING HEREBY MODIFIED AS
FOLLOWS: THE WORK MAY NOT BEGIN UNLESS
SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES ARE MADE TO THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC "WORKS THAT THE
CONSTRUCTION CAN BE COMPLETED WITH THE
AGGREGATE OF THE FUNDS SPECIFIED
THEREFOR IN THE VARIOUS ITEMS OF THIS
SECTION.

(h) State's share of funds for planning and
preparation of detailed plans and
specifications for a building for the
District Court and other judicial
functions in Bel Air. The State funds
are contingent upon submission of a
program for the project pursuant to
Article 88C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland and are subject to approval by
the Board of Public Works of the
selection of an architect and the
contract for architectural services
based upon the approved program (Harford
