No. 1, to be located on Wabash Avenue; amending Chapter
914 of the Acts of 1976, the General Construction Loan
of 1976, to change the objects of appropriation of
certain unexpended proceeds from "To supplement the
appropriation 'Acquisition of land and/or improvements
and design and preparation of detailed plans for five
(5) District Court Buildings/Multi-Purpose
Centers'...", "To supplement the appropriation
'Acquisition of sites, design, construction, and/or
purchase of three (3) facilities to be utilized as
District Court Buildings...'...", "State's share to
construct a District Court/Multiservice Center Building
in Westminster...", and "State's share of funds for
planning and preparation of detailed plans ' and
specifications for a building for the District Court
and other judicial functions in Bel Air..." to
construct Baltimore City District Court No. 1, to be
located on Wabash Avenue; amending Chapter 420 of the
Acts of 1979, the General Construction Loan of 1979, to
change the object of appropriation of certain
unexpended proceeds from "To supplement the
appropriation for 'Design and preparation of detailed
plans and specifications for the Denton District
Court/Multiservice Center'..." to a contingency fund
for one or more of 12 district court or district
court/multiservice center projects; amending Chapter
693 of the Acts of 1980, the General Construction Loan
of 1980, to change the objects of appropriation of
certain unexpended proceeds from "To supplement the
appropriation 'Construction of the Ellicott City
District Court/Multiservice Center...'..." and "To
supplement the appropriation, 'Acquisition of sites,
design, construction, and/or purchase of three (3)
facilities to be utilized as District Court
Buildings...'..." to construct Baltimore City District
Court No. 1, to be located on Wabash Avenue; amending
Chapter 693 of the Acts of 1980, the General
Construction Loan of 1980, to change the objects of
appropriation of certain other unexpended proceeds from
"To supplement the appropriation, 'Construction of a
District Court/Multiservice Center in
Centreville...'..." and "To supplement the
appropriation, 'Construction of a District
Court/Multiservice Center in Glen Burnie...'..." to a
contingency fund for one or more of 12 district court
or district court/multiservice center projects;
amending Chapter 693 of the Acts of 1980, the General
Construction Loan of 1980, to change the objects of
appropriation of certain further unexpended proceeds
from "To supplement the appropriation, 'Construction of
a District Court/Multiservice Center in Bel
Air....'...", "To supplement the appropriation,

in Elkton...'...", and "Construction of a District
