The provisions of this subtitle creating the Collection
Agency Licensing Board and relating to the regulation of the
business of a collection agency and any regulations
promulgated under this subtitle are of no effect and may not
be enforced after July 1, [1988] 1992.

Article 78B - Racing Commission

26C.

The provisions of this article creating the (1)
Maryland Racing Commission, (2) Maryland Standardbred Race
Fund advisory committee, and (3) the Maryland-Bred Race Fund
advisory committee and relating to the regulation of horse
racing and any regulations promulgated under this article
are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1,
[1987] 1991.

Article - Agriculture

The provisions of this subtitle creating the State
Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners and relating to the
regulation of veterinarians and any regulations promulgated
under this subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced
after July 1, [1987] 1991.

2-719.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the [Regulatory Programs] PROGRAM Evaluation
Act [of 1978], the provisions of this subtitle and of any
rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle shall
terminate and be of no effect after July 1, [1986] 1991.

Article - Education

7-417.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the school
health pilot program and relating to the regulation of this
program and any regulations promulgated under this subtitle
are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1,
[1982] 1992.
