The provisions of this subtitle creating the Board of
Barber Examiners and relating to the regulation of barbers
and any regulations promulgated under this subtitle are of
no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1987] 1991.

555A. 507.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the State
Board of Cosmetologists and relating to the regulation of
cosmetologists and any regulations promulgated under this
subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced after July
1, [1987] 1991.

of the Annotated Code of Maryland read(s) as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

127A.

Sections 109 through 115, 117, 120, and 122 of this
subtitle creating the State Athletic Commission and relating
to the regulation of boxing shows or wrestling matches are
of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1987]
1991.

232A.

Sections 213 through 230, and 230C through 231A of this
subtitle creating the Real Estate Commission of Maryland and
the real estate hearing board, and relating to the
regulation of real estate are of no effect and may not be
enforced after July 1, [1988] 1992.

269A.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the Maryland
Home Improvement Commission and relating to the regulation
of home improvement businesses and any regulations
promulgated under this subtitle are of no effect and may not
be enforced after July 1, [1988] 1992.
